MACHINED, FABRICATED, & 3D PRINTED COMPONENTS
With Rapid Fab’s in-house mechanical engineering expertise, we can design and model components and assemblies and then create the CAD files and drawings necessary to produce those components.
REAL IMPACT.
PROVEN RESULTS.
MACHINING
From precision prototypes to production-ready components, our CNC machining capabilities deliver exceptional accuracy, consistency, and quality. We manufacture custom parts from aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and engineering plastics using advanced CNC lathes, milling machines, and waterjet cutting technology. Whether you need a single component or a full production run, we produce parts built to your exact specifications.
SHEET METAL
Our sheet metal fabrication services transform flat metal into precision-formed components for a wide range of industrial applications. Using CNC waterjet cutting and precision press brake forming, we create brackets, enclosures, panels, frames, and other custom parts with tight tolerances and reliable repeatability. Every project is manufactured with quality, durability, and performance in mind.
FABRICATION
Our fabrication capabilities combine precision manufacturing with skilled welding to produce strong, dependable assemblies. From welded frames and machine components to custom brackets and structural assemblies, we utilize MIG and TIG welding techniques to create finished products that meet demanding industrial standards. We work closely with customers to deliver solutions built for long-term performance.
3D COMPONENTS
Our advanced 3D printing capabilities provide a fast and cost-effective solution for prototypes, production parts, and complex components that are difficult to manufacture using traditional methods. Using both Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF), we produce durable, high-quality parts with intricate geometries and excellent dimensional accuracy—helping accelerate development while reducing lead times.
